Feng Shui While On the Go

Hello!

I went to a new coffee shop earlier this week- adorable décor, friendly baristas… and very loud acoustics.

It was a great reminder that even when a space looks inviting, the energy can feel unsettled. I found myself quietly using the same grounding practices I rely on when I travel; simple tools that help me stay calm and centered, no matter what’s happening around me.

If you often find yourself in public spaces, like restaurants, hotels, airports, this week’s episode is for you. I’m sharing my favorite ways to stay balanced and energetically clear while on the go. Because when the energy around you is loud, the energy you bring with you matters most.

The small adjustments I disucss in today's episode can completely shift how you feel in a space. Know someone who travels often? Forward them this episode- they’ll thank you for it!

Thank you for being here! I can’t wait to celebrate the upcoming book release with you- more information below.

Warmly, Lisa Morton

It felt funny to see magenta and fuchsia petals flourishing beneath winter greenery, and big red bows, draped over neighborhood entrances. And yet, as tempting as it is to entirely escape the cold and gray of the northern hemisphere, there is a quiet medicine in this season. Winter carries its...

Hello! I’m writing to you from the warmth of my cozy kitchen on this gray December day. The sky is a fierce winter blue, while everything else is washed in that soft, quiet dormancy that only this season brings. Cub is at my feet, breathing slow and steady after a romp around the yard with his big red ball. The house is still… the perfect backdrop for writing to you. Winter is such a powerful time to recalibrate the inside of your home. With the natural world entering a period of rest, due to...

Hello! What have you been reading lately? As we approach the shortest day of the year, this is one of my favorite times to turn inward, turn off the TV, and pick up a book. Reading isn’t just a hobby... it’s nourishment. Studies show that reading reduces stress by 68%, slows mental decline, supports better sleep, and even helps reduce feelings of loneliness. I definitely read more than the average American (twelve books per year!), especially if we’re counting audiobooks, and lately I’ve been...
