Why You Feel Stuck: And...What Your Home Has to Do with It

Happy, Sunny Day!

I hope your week is going well so far! I'm excited to share that I'll be in the Toronto area for book events Thursday through Sunday. If you're in the area please reach out. Always love to meet my listeners in person!

After more than a decade of offering energy work in homes, yoga studios, offices, and clinics around the world, this past week brought a first for me… I worked on a barn in Maine. It was a space with many layers and quite a bit ready to shift, and I’m happy to say the transformation was a meaningful one. Experiences like this continue to remind me that every space holds the potential for renewal.

That experience felt especially aligned with what I’ve been reflecting on lately—and what inspired this week’s podcast episode. So often, when we feel stuck or unable to move forward in our lives, we look inward or at others first… but we don’t always consider the role our environment is playing in holding that energy in place.

In this week’s episode of Feng Shui Living, I explore this connection more deeply and share a few perspectives that may help you begin to see your space, and your momentum, in a new light.

Enjoy the rest of your week!

Warmly, Lisa Morton

Hello! This week I had a consultation with Becky from Iowa. We've worked together a few times before and I always enjoy connecting with her. You know what? It really got me thinking a lot about my upbringing, growing up in Iowa, and how my deep connection to nature really helped me find this special work. Today's episode is a little different... and honestly, it's one I've been wanting to record for a while. I'm pulling back the curtain and sharing some of the nudges that helped me find my...

Hello! I recently had Stephanie Denson on the podcast, and I found myself thinking about our conversation for days afterward. She's the founder of Spirit and Space, a professional organizing company, and what struck me most wasn't her tips on decluttering, it was her approach to the emotional side of letting go. Stephanie shared a story about a client named Sue who was ready to move to a senior living community. She had found the perfect apartment. But when it came time to downsize, she felt...

Happy, Sunny Day! Wow… life has felt really exciting lately. I just got back from a trip to Canada for a mini book tour, and I have to say...I met some of the most amazing women. The kind you just know you’ll never forget. I'm so grateful for the wonderful woman who helped me organize the festivities - Magda, thank you! On my way home, I found myself reflecting (as I tend to do on long trips)… and while I’ve loved some of the deeper, more introspective episodes lately, I could also feel the...
