Smart Spaces: How to Bio-hack Your Home for Wellbeing

A Warm Hello

I hope your week is off to a lovely start. The trees here are showing off their autumn colors- rust, crimson, deep gold. I've been taking an extra walk or two to appreciate the colorful display. It's such a simple pleasure and it always reminds me of how fast the season shifts.

As we move toward the darker months, I’ve been thinking about small ways to support our energy through the change. In this week’s episode of Feng Shui Living, I share a few of my favorite tools that help me stay grounded and balanced- things like my grounding sheets, red lamp, and air doctor purification system. Sometimes the tiniest adjustments can make the biggest difference!

Thank you for being here. I hope you enjoy the episode and have a beautiful rest of your week.

Warmly, Lisa Morton

So many people struggle with sleep not because they’re doing something “wrong,” but because their nervous system is stuck in fight-or-flight...

Hi Friends Wishing a very Merry Christmas to all who celebrate. If the season feels full, noisy, or you’re craving a little quiet space, this episode offers a gentle invitation to pause and reflect. As we stand on the threshold of a brand new year, this is Part One of a two-part series where we gently wrap up 2025. We reflect on the year behind us, the evolution of the podcast, and explore how numerology, the Chinese zodiac, and Western astrology shaped the collective energy we all moved...
