Sleep Better on Vacation: Simple Feng Shui Tips for Travelers

Hello, Friend!

I hope you’re having a wonderful week so far! My week is off to a good start... an interview I recently gave on The Personal Success Podcast with Ryan Watts was just released, and it always feels good to see a project through to completion.

In the interview, we talked about how our homes affect our stress levels, sleep, focus, and overall sense of well-being, and how small, intentional changes in our environment can have a much bigger impact than people often realize.

One of the topics I covered was sleep, which is something I could talk about for hours when it comes to holistic design and Feng Shui. In today's episode of The Feng Shui Living Podcast, we dive into some tips for better sleep while traveling. Poor sleep can really drain the energy from what is supposed to be a relaxing trip. Many of those same principles apply at home as well! Whether we’re traveling or not, sleep is one of the most important ways we support our health, mood, and energy, and our environment plays a big role in that.

Thank you for your support!

Warmly, Lisa Morton

Happy, Sunny Day! Wow… life has felt really exciting lately. I just got back from a trip to Canada for a mini book tour, and I have to say...I met some of the most amazing women. The kind you just know you’ll never forget. I'm so grateful for the wonderful woman who helped me organize the festivities - Magda, thank you! On my way home, I found myself reflecting (as I tend to do on long trips)… and while I’ve loved some of the deeper, more introspective episodes lately, I could also feel the...

Happy, Sunny Day! I hope your week is going well so far! I'm excited to share that I'll be in the Toronto area for book events Thursday through Sunday. If you're in the area please reach out. Always love to meet my listeners in person! After more than a decade of offering energy work in homes, yoga studios, offices, and clinics around the world, this past week brought a first for me… I worked on a barn in Maine. It was a space with many layers and quite a bit ready to shift, and I’m happy to...

Greetings! I’ve seen some pretty interesting Feng Shui “cures” over the years. Everything from a bowl of rice sitting on the back of a toilet… to mirrors placed in the most unexpected places… to objects tucked into corners that no one can quite explain. And usually when I ask about them, the answer is something like, “I saw it online…” or “I read somewhere that this was good Feng Shui.” Now, there’s often a reason behind these suggestions and intention does really matter. But, I believe we...
