Sleep Better on Vacation: Simple Feng Shui Tips for Travelers

Hello, Friend!

I hope you’re having a wonderful week so far! My week is off to a good start... an interview I recently gave on The Personal Success Podcast with Ryan Watts was just released, and it always feels good to see a project through to completion.

In the interview, we talked about how our homes affect our stress levels, sleep, focus, and overall sense of well-being, and how small, intentional changes in our environment can have a much bigger impact than people often realize.

One of the topics I covered was sleep, which is something I could talk about for hours when it comes to holistic design and Feng Shui. In today's episode of The Feng Shui Living Podcast, we dive into some tips for better sleep while traveling. Poor sleep can really drain the energy from what is supposed to be a relaxing trip. Many of those same principles apply at home as well! Whether we’re traveling or not, sleep is one of the most important ways we support our health, mood, and energy, and our environment plays a big role in that.

Thank you for your support!

Warmly, Lisa Morton

Happy Wednesday I’m joyfully writing to you from the sunshine state this week. There’s something so nourishing about being here… the lush greens, the calming blues of the water, the salt in the air. It always brings me back to how deeply our surroundings influence the way we feel. Our Florida home is smaller than our Indiana house, and I find myself naturally using different design and Feng Shui strategies when we’re here. Even though it’s not a tiny home, when it’s me, my husband, and our...

Greetings! I hope you’re having a wonderful week so far. There are a few vibrant magenta bougainvilleas in front of me and my eyes keep drifting back to their beautiful color. I hope you’re in the presence of something beautiful right now as well! Spring begins on March 20th, and to celebrate I’ve recorded a special VIP podcast series called Lisa’s Spring Energy Insights, where I’ll share weekly insights from real client homes and the adjustments we made to help those spaces feel more aligned...

Hello! Today’s episode was inspired by a recent client who asked for help falling back in love with her living room. She told me, “It just never feels right.” The interesting part? She truly loved the rest of her home and her backyard. Those spaces felt good to her. So it was important that we create that same grounded, inviting feeling in the living room. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by incredible artwork. She lives in a vibrant Southwest community with a strong art scene, and...
