Happy Turkey Day!

On a day devoted to gratitude, I’ve been reflecting on how gracefully our environments support (or sabotage) our ability to feel thankful. Gratitude flows so much more naturally when our minds feel clear, our bodies feel rested, and our spaces help us exhale. When we’re well-supported by our spaces the essence of the season becomes something we can genuinely experience, not just talk about.

That’s why today’s episode feels like perfect timing! I’m answering your questions- beginning with one I receive often: What colors best support sleep, focus, and relaxation? Our surroundings subtly influence how we think, feel, and recover. When we choose colors intentionally, we create environments that restore us rather than drain us.
