Feng Shui Living:

Hello!

I have some fun news to share before we get into this week's episode: Aligned at Home is now on the shelves of a few wonderful independent bookstores! I'll be sharing more about who they are and how you can visit (or order) very soon, so keep an eye on my social media over the next week or two for all the details.

It feels especially fitting to share that news this week, because this episode is a big one. We're closing out year three of Feng Shui Living podcast and stepping into year four.

To celebrate, I brought my dear friend (and the woman behind the scenes of basically everything I do), Maggie Kitch, back onto the podcast. We got into the numbers, the stories, and even pulled up my astrology chart from the very first day I hit record back in 2023 to see what's changed. Let's just say what she found about the year ahead gave me chills, especially with the timing lining up right before my retreat this September.

We also looked back at the episodes and stories you all connected with the most in year three, and I shared a little of what's coming as year four begins.

Thank you so much for three years of being here with me, and for sticking around as we kick off year four. It genuinely means the world.

Warmly, Lisa Morton

A special thank you to this episode's sponsor, The Savvy Red Pen.

Gail Kerzner is the writing coach and book editor behind Aligned at Home, and honestly, I couldn't have brought that book to life without her. If you've got a book, memoir, or nonfiction project sitting in your head (or in a half-finished draft), Gail is running a 5 Day Nonfiction Writing Challenge September 14–18, with only 8 spots available. Celebrating Year Three, Kicking off Year Four

Season 4 Episode 1

Can you believe we’re closing out year three of Feng Shui Living and stepping into year four? In this milestone episode, I’m joined by my dear friend and astrologer Maggie Kitch as we look back at the stories, client transformations, and growth that shaped this past year (and I share a little of what’s ahead for the podcast).

Maggie also takes a look at the astrology of the podcast from the very first day I hit record to where we are now, revealing some fascinating clues about the year ahead, just in time for my Aligned Sanctuary Retreat this September. Plus, I’m giving you a peek at what’s coming in year four, including new guests and my upcoming Feng Shui Basics course.

Enjoy the astrology? ✨

Maggie is also the co-host of Celestial Curiosities, a podcast exploring astrology and the stories written in the stars. Listen to Lisa’s first CC interview here, and keep an eye out for a brand-new episode featuring Lisa dropping soon!

Hello! Full disclosure, my husband and I went on our first bike ride of the summer... at the very end of August! We got rained on, of course, but we still had a great time. No clever tie-in today, I just had to share. In this week's episode… it's a fire horse year check-in. I'm sharing how this year has actually played out for me and for several clients, plus a few journal prompts and grounding tips to help you close out this fiery season with intention as we move into fall. Journal prompts...

Hello! I love it when a conversation on the podcast validates something I already believe in my bones. This week's guest, Ashley Murphy, co-founder of NEAT Method, did exactly that. Ashley started as an in-home personal trainer, and one day she noticed something...her client's disorganized kitchen wasn't just an eyesore. It was quietly working against everything they were trying to accomplish together. That observation grew into a company that's now in over 100 markets. We got into why the...

Hello! My friend Kate reached out this morning. Her oldest daughter is heading off to her first year of college this fall, and I could tell Kate was feeling both excited for her and a little unsteady about the shift ahead. It felt like perfect timing for this episode to land. If you're navigating that same kind of transition, I'd love to help you find some grounding. I have a few free 15-minute discovery calls open this week — reach out and let's talk. This week's episode is five quick, easy...
